Hickman Lacrosse

On Sunday, June 15, 7pm there will be a meeting to plan car pools to get players attending the Illinois Lacrosse Camp to the busses.

The Illinois camp has enough kids participating from the StL, Columbia area to warrant bussing the boys from St. Charles. This is good news to those of us who have already signed our boys up for this camp and more incentive to send your boy if you haven't already.

If the Illinois camp at Rantoul has enough kids participating from the STL, Columbia area they will send a bus to St. Charles to transport.

The club will receive a donation of a percentage of the fees if 10 or more kids from HLC enroll. We have 7 boys signed up at this point.

The fee for Summer league and Show Me State Games has been combined into one. Also Summer League will combine Rock Bridge Players and the Hickman boys.

Not only will our Show Me State team be more competitive, but we can create two teams that will be similar to a varsity and juinor varsity. The guys will be with players of similar ability.

The results of this change is that we will not need to collect separate dues for the Show Me State Games. With this many players, the $75 is enough to cover both events and allow us to purchase new practice pennies for the Show Me State Games.

Some players may only want to do one event or the other, but the price will stay the same. If they just wanted to play in the summer, now they get the Show Me State Games for free. If they just wanted to play Show Me State Games, now they have a reason to play all summer!

All interested players are welcome to attend even if they have not signed up yet. Play begins at 5:30 pm and runs until 7:30 pm at the ARC. Please remember to have your player bring a water bottle and remind them to hydrate hyDRATE HYDRATE! Just show up tonight, 5:30 on the fields by the ARC.
